This triple plunder pump is the main equipment for shortening production line and margarine production, which supply the pipe pressure to scraper surface heat exchanger, the pressure can be adjusted according to different product by VFD. The production pressure can be from 20bar for shortening production up to 120bars max. for puff pastry margarine production.
