2. Automatic cutting device:

Automatic constant temperature cutting mechanism

Technical features: After the equipment is started, it is automatically heated to the set temperature and kept at a constant temperature.

²  Photoelectric detection and adjustment mechanism: there is an adjustment mechanism, which can manually adjust the size of the sheet and block margarine according to the actual situation.

²  Cutting tool servo mechanism: including pneumatic, servo actuator, pneumatic adjustment of constant temperature cutting blade stroke to adapt to the thickness of two different sizes of sheet and block margarine, movement of servo motor drive cutting blade (up and down movement and forward and forward movement, to ensure the moving speed is consistent with the margarine conveying speed, which ensures the quality cutting effect.

²  The cutting blade is heated by constant temperature to ensure that the temperature of the cutting tool is constant. The blade adopts special material and coated with Teflon. Constant tension mechanism is adopted at both ends to ensure the quality cutting effect, and no scorching problem.

²  According to the feedback of checkweigher, it can adjust the position of detection sensor by servo motor, then to adjust the cutting length and ensure the cutting weight.

Alcohol spraying

SMC alcohol cooling machine and pneumatic diaphragm pump are used to achieve alcohol spray equally on the conveyor belt.

 Oil scrapping

²  International brand of material is used for the scraper, which can meet the food grade requirements, and keep the conveyor belt clean and more durable.

²  Cylinder control is adopted to control the scrapping pressure to be moderate and adjustable.

 Sheet margarine conveying mechanism

²  The conveyor belt is a food-grade silicone belt with a guide strip to ensure that the conveyor belt does not run off. Supported by servo motor, the conveying speed could be adjusted to match the actual production speed.

²  Alcohol automatic spray mechanism can choose spraying or not spraying according to the actual situation, the spraying amount can also be adjusted. Pneumatic diaphragm pump is used for alcohol spraying, which only uses compressed air, and there is no explosion-proof and electrostatic danger.

²  Automatic scraping mechanism

²  Technical features: adjustable tension scraper, which can clean the residual material on the belt with alcohol spraying.

²  Equipped with alcohol storage tank, recovery plate and residual material plate, shall prepare a formal pipeline for alcohol transportation.

Buffering belt conveyor

Technical features: The main function of the belt conveyor is to create some distance between the two pieces of sheet margarine quickly.

Film releasement mechanism

The loading method of the roll film of the equipment is internal loading, which can be convenient and simple to load and unload quickly. When the machine has function of automatic feeding, synchronous supplying, automatic start and stop. There is automatic film changing mechanism to realize non-stop film replacement, automatic removal of film joints, and only need to replace the film rolls manually.

²  Photoelectric tracking to realize the film deviation adjustment by servo motor during high-speed production.

²  Mechanical detection sensor control to ensure the accuracy of the film connection.

²  The cylinder controls the feeding roller to ensure uniform margarine feeding.

The film release shaft is double inflatable shaft with simple operation and convenient installation.

²  The height of the hand wheel is adjusted manually for quick conversion of sheet and block margarine in the production process.

²  The lock slider can move quickly from side to side, which is convenient to quickly adjust the position of the module during the production switching process and shorten the production adjustment time per shift

Upper Film Lamination Mechanism

²  The handwheel drives the lead screw movement to realize the quick switching and fine tuning of the sheet and block margarine.

²  The cylinder drives the upper film lamination mechanism to move up and down, which is convenient for the quick entry of the film lamination mechanism during debugging.

Distance Control Mechanism

The servo motor, controlled by photoelectric tracking PLC, can accurately drag the conveyor belt to achieve the equal distance between the two pieces of margarine, then to ensure that the both ends of the film sealed by the cutting knife are the same length, and the margarine stays in the center of the film to ensure the beauty.

Automatic Film Cutting Mechanism

The line includes packaging for sheet and block margarine.

²  One piece of oil packaging film is automatically shaped and completely covered on the oil by the shaping part according to the shape size of the oil. The photoelectric detection automatically sets the length, and the servo drive constant temperature heating knife automatically seals and cuts the film at the front and back ends of the oil. The temperature of the constant temperature knife can be adjusted according to the requirements to adapt to different sealing effects.

²  Block oil packaging film for the whole process of photoelectric detection, automatic length, servo drive for each film to be accurately positioned and cut off, through the conveyor belt will be cut film and block oil to the packaging station, through the cylinder will be cut film omnidirectional three-dimensional packaging on the block oil.

²  Servo motor and cylinder are controlled at the same time. When slicing oil is sealed, the lower part of the cylinder control sealing cutter moves up and down completely through the servo motor, and simultaneously drives the front and rear conveyor belt and sealing cutter to move back and forth to meet the needs of high-speed production of slice oil. When blocking oil is sealed, the solenoid valve controls the cylinder moving up and down, and works with the servo motor station to ensure the sealing and cutting of block oil. To achieve both oil and block oil to meet, the two states of the same mechanism to achieve fast switching.
