Bag making & inserting
The system begins with tubular film, then sealed to be bag with mouth open, and then positioned for filling.

Carton Sealing & Coding
The carton flaps are closed using hot melt glue or tuck-in designs. An inkjet or thermal transfer printer applies date codes, batch numbers, and barcodes onto the carton. Optional checkweighers verify correct fill weight.
Case Packing & Palletizing
Individual cartons may be collated and packed into larger shipping cases, which are then palletized by a robotic arm. Finally, the pallet is stretch-wrapped and labeled for distribution.
