Semi-Auto Block Margarine Packaging Machine

This semi-auto block/sheet margarine packaging machine is specially designed to match low capacity of margarine production line. The machine is easy to operate and cost is low.

The packaging unit includes the block cutting device, film feeding device and film folding table. When the block/sheet margarine come out from the resting tube, it will be cut according to set weight/length, then enter the belt conveyor, the roll film is fed and adsorbed on the surface of belt, and at the bottom of block margarine, the film will be cut when reach the set length, the block margarine will be transferred to the operation table, the operator shall fold the film manually, after that put the block margarine into cartons.

The cutting blade is heated by constant temperature to ensure that the temperature of the cutting tool is constant.

The blade adopts special material and coated with Teflon. Constant tension mechanism is adopted at both ends to ensure the quality cutting effect, and no scorching problem.
