Semi-Auto Block Margarine Packaging Machine Description
This semi-auto block/sheet margarine packaging machine is specially designed to match low capacity of margarine production line. The machine is easy to operate and cost is low.
The packaging unit includes the block cutting device, film feeding device and film folding table. When the block/sheet margarine come out from the resting tube, it will be cut according to set weight/length, then enter the belt conveyor, the roll film is fed and adsorbed on the surface of belt, and at the bottom of block margarine, the film will be cut when reach the set length, the block margarine will be transferred to the operation table, the operator shall fold the film manually, after that put the block margarine into cartons.
Capacity : 800-1000kg/h base on 10kg/block
Block length : 240mm≤L≤400mm
Block width : 240mm≤W≤320mm
Block height : 30mm≤H≤200mm
The cutting blade is heated by constant temperature to ensure that the temperature of the cutting tool is constant.
The blade adopts special material and coated with Teflon. Constant tension mechanism is adopted at both ends to ensure the quality cutting effect, and no scorching problem.
Fully covered by safety cover (left, top and right side, totally 3 sides).
Working Process of Semi Automatic Block Margarine Packaging Machine
The semi automatic block margarine packaging machine completes the packaging process through cutting, film feeding, conveying, and manual folding operations.
1. Block Margarine Cutting
- After the margarine block or sheet exits from the resting tube, the cutting device cuts the product according to the preset weight or length requirements, ensuring consistent product dimensions.
2. Film Feeding & Positioning
- The cut margarine blocks are transferred onto the belt conveyor. At the same time, the roll film is automatically fed and attached to the conveyor surface, preparing for the wrapping process.
3. Film Cutting & Product Transfer
- When the packaging film reaches the preset length, the cutting device cuts the film accurately. The wrapped margarine block is then transferred to the folding table for the next step.
4. Manual Film Folding
- The operator folds the film around the margarine block manually to complete the final wrapping process and ensure a neat package appearance.
5. Carton Packing
- After wrapping is completed, the finished margarine blocks are placed into cartons for storage, transportation, or further packaging processes.
